Campsea Ashe Village Bell
One of the new bells to be cast for the Tower will be dedicated and inscribed to the residents of Campsea Ashe. The cost of this bell will be met through local fund-raising activities over the coming months. Several such activities are detailed below. Friends of the Ringing Gallery
At present the bells are rung from a ringing chamber in the Tower. The new ringing gallery will be a restoration of an old organ and children’s gallery that was removed in the late 1870’s. The restored Ringing Gallery will be in the rear of the Church some 15 feet or so above ground level and will be easily accessible and the congregation will have a good view of the ringers at work!
Who are the Friends?
Anyone who supports the restoration of the gallery at Campsea Ashe Church and who is willing to regularly donate a small sum towards its cost.
The Talents Challenge
A group of volunteers have all been given £20 and are being encouraged to use their talents to double, treble or increase this amount by even more. Based on the Parable of the Talents our volunteers will all be using their entrepreneurial skills in the coming months! We aim to raise over £1000 through the Talents Challenge.

Sponsored Quarter Peals
Is there a special event coming up? A birthday, anniversary or maybe a wedding? If so, the age old tradition of celebrating through the ringing of a Quarter Peal is ideal. We will ring the Quarter Peal and dedicate it to your special occasion. It will also be recorded in The Ringing World and you will receive a certificate to commemorate the event!
