Blackstock walk

This quiet road is well worth a visit, particularly when the bluebells and primroses are in bloom. From Well Cottage to Red House Farm and back again takes about 40 minutes or so.

The road is part of an ancient Roman way that starts at Fiveways near Wickham Market and goes on the Snape.

Take care crossing the railway line. At the time of writing two trains an hour pass along this line, at about 5 minutes and 45 minutes past the house. However, as the sign says, Stop, Look and Listen for trains before crossing.

For those who like Geocaching, there are several caches hidden along the track.
